A few years ago, my co-founder, Andrew, and I set out to build a hiring tool designed specifically for startups and small businesses. With most pre-existing hiring platforms having a narrow focus on enterprise companies, smaller organizations are priced-out. They're left juggling a hodgepodge of products like Notion docs, Google Forms, and Airtable spreadsheets in an attempt to intake and manage candidates effectively. With Polymer, we're building something better.

We quickly shipped an MVP and have been steadily building it out, feature by feature, ever since. What started as a simple tool for custom application forms has grown into a full-fledged hiring solution.
