New career assessment tool for a new era

Ever since high school, I've been a fan of career quizzes and personality tests aimed at suggesting what one should do with their professional life. Meyers-Briggs, DISC, Kolbe A, MAPP, StrengthsFinder... I've taken them all.

With two successful exits under my belt that allowed me to retire early, I found myself with significant time to volunteer. Working with high school kids, and providing pro bono financial coaching services in my local community, has allowed me to see just how much both teenagers and mid-career adults struggle with the classic question: What should I do for a living?

The challenge with existing assessment tools, though, is that they only measure one dimension. For example, many use a classic RIASEC (Holland) scale to measure what interests you the most, and generates possible career matches from that. But what about your values? Or your workplace temperment? Or basic personality traits?

With Career Keel, my aim is to provide a more comprehensive career matching engine based on multiple factors. Yes, it starts with a classic interest inventory, but then also layers on an 8-point value system. This week, I've added four more additional assessment tools to further refine the recommendations and results.

Currently in beta, my intention is to offer this tool to high schools, community colleges, and local workforce development centers to help their audiences find fulfilling career options based on this multi-dimensional approach.

I welcome any and all feedback on the concept, the features, the tech stack, monetization -- the whole enchilada. I'm more than happy to provide complimentary access codes to the product so you can test it out, feel free to ask.
