New Dashboard, OFUX & Ask AI – What We Just Launched at Traffic Torch

Three audits. One dashboard. AI-powered fixes. All free.

We just shipped our biggest update yet – a complete overhaul of the Traffic Torch dashboard, a new all-in-one audit tool called OFUX, and an AI assistant that actually gives you straight answers.

Here's what we built and why indie hackers should care.

The Problem We Were Trying to Solve

We had 15 individual SEO, UX, and AI-search tools. They were powerful, but they lived in isolation. You'd run an SEO Intent audit, get a score, then run a UX audit, get a different score, and try to piece together what it all meant.

It was fragmented. And it wasn't helping people take action fast.

We needed a single place where you could see everything – your analytics, your audit scores, your history, and what to fix next – all in one view.

So we built it.

The New Dashboard – Your Central Hub

The dashboard is now the command centre for everything Traffic Torch does. It brings together:

  • GA4 and GSC data – sessions, users, clicks, impressions, CTR, and position, all displayed in real-time cards.
  • Quick audit form – run any of the 15 tools on any URL instantly.
  • Audit history – every scan you've ever run, saved and searchable.
  • Tools grid – one-click access to every tool we offer.
  • Settings and integrations – connect your analytics accounts, manage billing, and update your profile.

It's designed to be the first thing you open when you want to check your site's health or dig into a specific issue.

The layout is simple:

  • Horizontal tabs across the top: Dashboard, Audits, Analytics, Real-time (Enterprise), GSC, Integrations, Upgrade, Settings.
  • Each tab gives you focused access to that data or feature.
  • The whole thing is responsive and works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

OFUX – Three Audits, One View

OFUX stands for Online Findability & User Experience. It's our new flagship audit tool that analyses any webpage across three critical pillars in one screen:

1. UX Health

  • Readability, navigation, accessibility, mobile/PWA, performance proxies.
  • Flags where users get stuck or leave.

2. SEO Intent

  • E‑E‑A‑T signals (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
  • Content depth, schema markup, on-page SEO.
  • Answers: "Does this page deserve to rank?"

3. AI Search (AEO)

  • Answerability, structured data, scannability, conversational tone.
  • Optimised for Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other AI answer engines.
  • Answers: "Will an AI engine quote or cite this page?"

How it works:

Enter a URL, click "Analyze OFUX," and within seconds you get:

  • A 0–100 score for each pillar with a colour-coded ring.
  • A detailed breakdown of every metric, marked pass/average/fail.
  • A "Full Results" button that takes you to the dedicated tool page for deeper analysis.

OFUX runs entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers. It's privacy-first, just like everything else we build.

Ask Traffic Torch AI – Your Personal Assistant

This is the feature we're most excited about. We've integrated a lightweight LLM into every tool page and the OFUX dashboard.

What it does:

After running an audit, you can type a question like:

  • "Why did my UX Health score drop?"
  • "How can I improve my AI Search score?"
  • "What's the fastest fix for my low E‑E‑A‑T signals?"

The AI responds with:

  • Context-aware advice based on your actual results.
  • Step-by-step guidance for the specific issues your page has.
  • Honest answers – if it doesn't know, it says so. No fake advice.

What the AI has access to:

  • Your latest audit results – all scores, metric statuses, and failed items.
  • If you've connected GA4 or GSC, it also sees your real analytics data (sessions, clicks, bounce rates) and can correlate them with audit findings.

It does NOT have access to:

  • Your personal data, browsing history, or anything outside the audit context.
  • Your content for training – none of it is stored or used for anything except answering your question.

Why Indie Hackers Should Care

You're building something. You need to be findable.

But SEO tools are either:

  • Too expensive for bootstrappers.
  • So complex you need a specialist to interpret them.
  • Data harvesters disguised as "free trials."

Traffic Torch is none of those things.

Here's what you get for free:

  • 3 audits per day (all 15 tools).
  • Full OFUX analysis.
  • GA4 and GSC dashboard (with demo data to explore).
  • 5-audit history.

Pro plan: $6/month – 25 audits/day, 30‑day GA4 data, CSV exports, priority support.

Enterprise plan: $68/month – 300 audits/day, real‑time analytics, custom date ranges, dedicated support.

We keep prices honest because we know what it's like to bootstrap.

The Tech Stack

We kept it lean:

  • Frontend: Vanilla JavaScript, Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS – no React, no Next.js.
  • Hosting: Cloudflare Pages and Workers – free tier handles everything.
  • Analytics: GA4 and GSC integrations via OAuth – your data stays yours.
  • AI: Lightweight LLM wrapper – no data sent to training models.
  • Deployment: GitHub + Cloudflare – one-click deploys.

The whole thing loads fast, works offline, and costs almost nothing to run.

What's Next

We're already working on:

  • More AI features – deeper integration with audit data for even smarter advice.
  • Custom alerts – get notified when your scores drop or a new issue appears.
  • Team sharing – share audits and dashboards with your team or clients.

But the foundation is solid. The new dashboard, OFUX, and Ask AI are live and ready to use.

"Honest answers — if it doesn't know, it says so, no fake advice" is a claim worth testing rather than taking at face value, especially after two weeks of watching tools overclaim exactly this kind of thing. Ran OFUX against a couple of sites — did it actually say "I don't know" anywhere, or has that case just not come up yet? An audit tool with a genuine "insufficient evidence" state instead of always producing a confident score would be a real differentiator, not just marketing copy, if it's real.

Client-side/no-data-sent is the part I'd lead with more than the AI assistant, honestly — that's the rarer, harder-to-fake claim for this category, and worth verifying is actually true (no network calls to your own servers during the scan) rather than just "privacy-first" as a tagline.

Going to run this against my own pre-launch site's AEO score since it's free and I haven't had a good way to check that concretely yet.
