New design agency

Hey everyone,

Would love to get your first impression of my website for a design service I'm offering.

Simplicity.ooo

I've seen a lot of new productized design agencies, so this is nothing new from that perspective, but rather just my take on on it.

Cheers and thanks in advance.

    Hey @GetHimMama

    Just checked your LP.

1st Section: Really good! Great headline and a great hero image.

    Just two ideas:

    • Can turn the subheader into 3 bullet points. So it's easier for the user to digest the info since they're about 3 different benefits of your service.

    Go from this

"You invest $2k per month. You request as many of designs as you need. We deliver on requests within 72 hours. This replaces a $100k/year senior designer."

    to:

    • $2k/month fixed fee.

    • Unlimited design requests

    • 72 hours turnaround

    • Save up to $100k/year on a senior designer

    • "4 spots remaining" I'd test making this element slightly bigger.

2nd section: "Here’s our elevator pitch:"

I feel like this section repeats what you just said in the above-the-fold section. I'd just remove it and move straight into the section where you show the companies you worked with.

3rd section: Our designers have worked with some of the best

    I'd replace this header with:

"We worked with some of the best companies out there:"

After this "social proof" section, I think you should add a section where you show the pain points and outcomes related to your service:

What's life without Simplicity? Vet freelancers on Fiverr and Upwork, getting ghosted, discussing rates every time, getting charged for revisions. Not finding a good designer. Not finding a reliable designer. having to hire one and all the headaches that come with it (paperwork, managing them, committing to business expense)

    What's life with Simplicity?

Life is good. Need a design work?

it's done in 72 hours. Just send your request. Get unlimited reviews. Not having to discuss rates every time. Fast communication. High quality work, etc.

You must communicate the transformation to build motivation.

"Here’s why you’ll love working with us" This section is about your UVPs. I'd consider moving it upper on the page. Probably after the "Motivation section" I named above. Or, if you don't add it, just after the "We worked with some of the best companies out there:" section.

    So it's:

"We worked with some of the best companies out there:"

You show the logos, and then you say:

"... And here's why they love work with us" and show all your UVPs.

    "Recent design requests fulfilled"

you can consider adding a lightbox that shows up when the user clicks on each one of those gigs you completed. And you showcase what you have done.

Also, I'd move this section after the "Who do we help?".

The "Who do we help?" is about motivation. So show immediately that you solve a problem for a specific type of user ("Is this what I need?")

"Recent design requests fulfilled" is about removing friction ("Is she good enough"?)

I'd also move the testimonials upper. And also scatter them throughout the page.
