New Digital Agency looking for CTO, Marketing Director, and more

Hey I started a new digital agency this year uxhype.com. We're growing quickly and need more help, our main focus has been software development (Web/Mobile) and we're launching a new side of the business focused on marketing.

In addition to the client focused work we are going to launch internal products. I'm trying to nail down a process we can re-use to research ideas, validate them, and start getting initial customers/users.

This and next year are going to be crazy, I'm looking for team members who are experienced and ready for an opportunity to take things to the next level.

CTO - Paid, Contract to start with the goal of becoming permanent. We use a modern tech stack a lot of Javascript, Node, React, AWS/GCP, etc.
