New idea - feedback

Hey all. I run a small ecom business . We had a problem with selling bundles on our site as Shopify only allowed for one SKU id per product or product variant. Our fulfilment house was therefore having to remember all the individual SKU items that went into our bundles. We had over twenty bundles selling at Christmas so this became time consuming for the fulfilment house and ultimately it was costing us.

To solve this, we ended up custom building a solution for ourselves that automatically converted bundle products into individual sku items and then sent that converted information to our fulfilment house directly. So instead of receiving one generic SKU ID for a bundle our fulfilment house received (SKU NAME + SKU NAME + SKU NAME)

Since , we met someone who was having a similar problem to us and so we built the same solution for them and charged about £1000 to do so. We are know wondering whether we should convert this bundle/sku solution we have made into a Shopify app for all merchants to use.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Are others experiencing a similar issue with their store and bundles? Would you need this as a shopify app?

N.B. this idea is not the same as the 100s of shopify apps that create bundles on the front end for customers to make themselves. This is for pre-set bundles that we as a merchant create.
