New Indie Hacker & Looking for CTO

I am new to the community. I was referred by several people to Indie Hackers. I'm looking forward to being part of this community! I have an idea, some wireframes, and a solid business plan. I need a CTO / Technical Lead. Any recommendations or ideas on how to find this person?
