A couple of quick copy & grammar tips:

    1. Use periods at the end of your sentences.
    2. You repeat "Engage your customers..." twice in a row in the header section. I'd consider a new headline that speaks to your product's value.
    3. Subheadline copy: "Engage your customers early in [the] process and gather valuable feedback the smart way for happier and more productive users."

    On a positiong note:
I'm a little lost on some of your claims about "the smart way" to gather feedback. Explaining what about "traditional" customer feedback channels and process is inefficient, a poor user experience, or time-consuming and how your product is different can help potential visitors understand why your solution is the best for them.

Design-wise, the site is clean and vibrant. I like the use of illustrations alongside technical UI screens. It's simple to see that your primary CTA is to try a demo.

I haven't seen the old version, so I can not compare it, but it looks really nice. But your twitter and status link in the footer redirect to #
I would really like to see a status page with uptime reports :P
