New member here, why does many ecommerce stores refuse to accept cryptocurrency?

Hello guys, I am a new member here. I am just curious so I decided to ask, why do you think ecommerce stores refuse to accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment. Also if you were an ecommerce store owner will you accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment?
