Hey Jamiu! I was just thinking about something similar, browsing indiehackers.com to see if anybody ever made it.

My idea is a bit extreme though. I want to create one experiment per week for 10 weeks. Going from concept to working pretotype tested on 100 visitors at the end of each week.

They say it takes a lot of bad ideas to find the right it! So I am hoping I get 1 right out of 10.

Plus, I am process oriented and I believe repetition and short delays will improve my skills as a lean startup practitioner.

Reach out to me if you would like to team up. The more the merrier!

      Hey bro!

Nice to see someone thinking along my line. One project per week is a bit extreme bro.

Have you done something similar before? If yes, what's the process like?

        Hey Jamiu!

You might wanna look at The Right It by Alberto Savoia : https://www.albertosavoia.com

The book is full of practical tactics and tools, plus there is real life exemple of the full process at the end of the book.

Some of the key messages of the book is to gather your own data, that data beats opinion and that testing now beats testing later. The author suggest to minimize, distance to data, dollars to data, hours to data.

I've worked on about 5 'startup' projects in the last couple of years. All of them crashed after I spent about 3-6 months on them. I just couldnt do any marketing at the time and I would loose interest, unable to build any kind of traction for my ideas.

So, learning from past mistakes, I now aim to spend as little time as possible on any idea, untill I can 'prove' that there's a market... cause if there's a market there's a way (that's also from the book ;) )
