New Platform / Marketplace for Remote Workers - not another remote job board

I’m building a platform/marketplace that connects remote working professionals with remote-friendly companies and I would like to get feedback on my idea and landing page that I just shipped.

Check it out here:
https://remoteworkers.net

I worked remotely now as a Full Stack Engineer for about 5 years and when I was applying for remote jobs I felt like the recruitment system is broken:

  1. Not enough transparency in terms of salary, sometimes you would have to pass 2 rounds of interviews to realize they don’t want to pay what you would expect.

  2. Not getting feedback/follow up from hiring managers if you have been selected for another round of interviews - ghosting applicants.

I have created Remote Workers to try to tackle this problem. I’m aware that there is a new remote job board popping up almost every week, that’s why I tried to do something different and I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thank you

Hi Martin, what are the benefits compare with vcruit.co, 6nomads and hired?

Hi rutr1ka, thank you for your question:

So vcruit.co and 6nomads are both focusing only on tech like all other platforms for eg. hired.com. I believe that remote work is/will become something also beyond tech even though remote jobs for tech people is the strongest market for now.
