New Product Idea - Question

Hey IndieHackers,

Thinking of starting my own business and wanted to get some thoughts/feedback on my idea. For the SAAS founders, would you prefer someone to come in and create systems that automate your marketing (and then have ongoing support for questions/new launches etc.) or would you just prefer an agency to handle it and deliver results? Can see it both ways and curious to hear some feedback from the community.
