New Project: GitHub Actions Dashboard

Hi fellow Indiehackers ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿฝ

I want to share my new project with you ๐Ÿ˜Š

I am building a dashboard to get an easy overview of your GitHub Actions usage.

The Problem: GitHub Actions are a great tool for automating your deployments. But there is no way to get an overview of which repository is using how many minutes.

The idea: Building a dashboard that gives you exactly this overview.

Here is a quick demo:

The target group is organizations that develop their code & CICD on GitHub and need an overview.

The plan for pricing is to give it free for all account types (like the typical GitHub account) but the organization's accounts will need a subscription.

Just wanted to share that with you โœŒ๐Ÿฝ

Any recommendations to launch a product like that and to talk to early customers?

Next Steps

  1. Domain, logo, name
  2. Implementing pricing
  3. Building a landing page
  4. Launching ๐Ÿš€
