New Project: Sensq - Double Your Twitter Leads Automatically

I'm working on a new project, Sensq (https://sensq.com), a Twitter Lead Generation Automation tool.

Short description:
Sensq automates your social selling process, instantly responding audiences with personalised offers, converting more twitter leads to paying customers.

Background story:
As a social media manager for many years, I found out that people love it when businesses respond to them quickly. It shows that they are heard, that you care, and it shows appreciation for your potential or current customers.

So, I built this simple single feature project, with only one goal in mind, if someone mentions your brand (or any custom triggers) on Twitter, make sure that you respond to the tweet ASAP. Especially, when people are comparing your product with your competitors.

How's it work (in 3 simple steps):

Discover: Setup a campaign with custom triggers to start looking for ideal customers & selling.
Convert: Instantly responding to tons of audiences automatically with personalised offers.
Analyse: Visualise engaged customers, potential or converted, and segment them with a click.

Hi Kai,

I have heard of lots of people using applications to help them auto-reply on Twitter, so they definitely exist. That said, I think the #1 most important thing is to focus on solving a problem, and building something totally unique that doesn't already exist yet is optional :-)

I'm someone who would be your ideal customer, since I spend tons of time managing my Twitter accounts @IndieHackers and @csallen. However, what I'll say is that the idea of auto-responding turns me off. I agree with you that people really love quick responses to their tweets, but I think that good will is completely undone if they can tell the response is automated/fake/not special. Personally, I'm not confident any tool can do that well.

The Twitter tool I use the most and pay for is Buffer, which lets me schedule tweets. But something I'd also really like help with is a way to find good conversations to jump into. Something like Twitter lists on steroids. I want to see influencers (people with lots of followers) talking about topics related to startups, tech, and entrepreneurship, because often there's a good opportunity to turn them on to Indie Hackers.

  But, most of the people don't like getting auto-reply.
  
  Unless, the response doesn't look like an automated one, or at least special or beneficial to the audiences. ---> maybe this is my direction if I insist on this idea?
  
  Or, maybe I should reposition to target something else, like:
  
  send gift codes or vouchers simply by tweeting a hashtag or emoji
  
  quick conversational style FAQ for consumer-faced companies that receive repeat questions everyday
  
  unviral and correct the wrong information by auto-reply
