New release

This sprint fixes some of the UX issues on mobile and AI logic:
✨ AI asked 3 questions in 1 go, fixed that and now it asks one question at a time to create a conversational flow with the user.
✨ Start button on the homepage is inactive if the user hasn't typed anything.
✨ Several UX improvements to make the message limit banner more visible and ensure users don't miss it, especially on mobile.
✨ Job matches page is now more responsive on mobile as it was before
✨ Automatic scrolling is happening too aggressively when the page loads on mobile, fixed initial load behaviour and reset position on load.
