New Spin on Recruiting Model - Thoughts on Landing Page?

Hi all,

I've just set up this new landing page and would love to get your thoughts!

https://www.belikeable.xyz/

I've been in the tech recruitment space for a number of years and am currently playing around with a few variations on the model.

This landing page represents test number 1/3.

I think that I need to probably go tighter on a niche audience to start with. I would welcome any advice!

The phrase "tell us who you need" reads like you expect the client to name the individual. I'm assuming you're actually trying to say something like "describe your perfect candidate." The current text makes me think "If I know who I need, why do I need you?"

Having both a button to get a quote and a statement like "clear and transparent pricing" followed by the pricing is sending two completely different messages to potential clients.

As you said in your post, it may require a tighter niche to get started. Based on the current content I'm unsure about exactly who you're capable of recruiting. Most companies are aware a good marketing recruiter may not have the chops to find a great platform engineer.

Hey @Betilfan, how are you? Is this any clearer? https://www.belikeable.xyz/

Doing well, and you caught me at just the right time today.

Here's what I see with the current page:

-You still have the option to get a quote and pricing listed on the same page. I highly discourage this as it makes me feel like there may be more to your pricing than you're describing. No one likes the base pricing trap where they are locked in based on one price only to find out the options they need are much more expensive.
-This is a personal thing, but I'm not sure I would use the phrase "virtual sourcer." People with recruiting pains understand that a lot of that stems from candidates rolling thru a generic process that is incapable of actually focusing on their specific needs. You don't want to give anyone the impression that you're system is going to produce the same results. It needs to feel like an upgrade to what they already have.
-The How it Works blocks could benefit from less text. I would try work to eliminate the description text and simply tweak the phrasing for each step to me more powerful. Always strive for less words. For example, if I were writing this copy I would use the following: You Describe your Dream Candidate, Our Science-based Process Takes Over, We Conduct Personal Reviews for the Perfect Fit, You Receive Introductions to a Curated List of Candidates
-The three calls to action at the bottom are killing me. I would cut it to one, and call it "Get Started." Get a name and work email. Send a verification link via email, and in that link, state someone will contact to get more details on their needs. In the fine print, state you're adding them to your newsletter and give them a checkbox to opt-out.

Also great spot on the x3 CTA's 😂 I don't know what I was thinking there. Love your copy suggestion for the 'How it works' section

This is fantastic, thank you so much. I've just actioned all of it! I really appreciate your time and advice here!

            it's my pleasure.

Side note, I love your area of the country. My aunt is actually from Nottingham. My Granddad was from Yorkshire, and I remember driving along the countryside in your area seeing his Scaryman invention being used in fields all along the countryside.

Thanks so much! Great advice. I'll change that copy now.

I'm going to run some tests with potential niches and update accordingly.

My background is in Engineering Recruitment so perhaps should start here given that this is where a ton of demand is
