New takeout only service startup

My parents run the restaurant in San Jose and I helped with all the initial paperwork, interior design and I even worked in the restaurant as Cheif Assistant, Waiter, Dishwasher, and more...
After 7 years, the restaurant runs OK now, barely profitable even though the restaurant is Yelp 1st result in the category.
Until recently, we didn't focus on takeout but b/c of COVID-19 we now have multiple takeouts services available from third-party.
However, their commission is huge around 25~30% for the takeout, so we have to add some of that extra cost to the menus, so what happens is, our customers have to pay more to have convenient to order the takeout with the phone/web from our restaurant.

Then after this tweet, I realized that I am not the only one who feels that way.

If you are a programmer, you know we don't need a few thousand employees to runs Takeout SAAS, we just need a handful of people.

For stater, looking for the frontend or full-stack and marketer with good design skills.
