Hey I’m Kimberley. I’ve been working in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for about 9 years now, helping businesses figure out how to get more people buying from their websites.
Over that time I’ve done it all - audits, writing copy, digging into customer feedback, competitor research, funnel strategies - you name it. The thing is, CRO is brilliant, but it’s usually slow, pricey, and a bit out of reach for smaller teams.
So, I thought I’d try something new. I’ve built Optimi - a micro SaaS that takes all the things I’ve been doing for years and turns them into a tool. It’ll:
It’s still an MVP, but I reckon loads of businesses could get real value out of it. It's the only tool on the market that does anything like this with CRO in mind. There's plenty of SEO tools and also CRO tools that only collect data (think heatmaps & A/B testing). But nothing so far that does the strategy side of things and writes content with conversions in mind.
If you fancy giving it a go, it’s completely free to try right now 👉 optimi.studio
Your Optimi CRO micro-SaaS is a really strong attempt at productizing what is usually expensive “human-led CRO consulting” — especially the combination of audits, voice-of-customer analysis, competitor insights, and copy generation in one workflow.
The positioning is interesting because you’re not just giving data like heatmaps, but trying to close the gap between insight → strategy → execution, which is exactly where most CRO tools fall short.

This sounds really useful, I would love to try
very cool niche. most cro tools stop at ‘collect data,’ so building something that actually recommends strategy + even writes copy feels like a strong wedge. wondering how you’re planning to validate—will you target smaller saas teams first, or go broad with ecommerce?
Congrats on launching Optimi, Kimberley. Taking years of CRO experience and shaping it into a tool for small teams makes a lot of sense. How are you finding the process of turning client services into a product so far?
Big congrats on launching Optimi! Taking years of CRO experience and turning it into a tool is exactly the kind of founder insight that works best. I’ve been working on early-stage tools myself (one around compliance automation, another around founder visibility), and I know how hard it is to focus an MVP down. How are you deciding what to build in vs. what to leave for later?
Thank you :) I basically reviewed all of the services that I would provide to a CRO client and pulled out the ones that I knew to have the biggest impact on a small business/low traffic site. Then worked that into my plan for this initial tool.
Larger websites do well with split testing but smaller sites with lower traffic just need those initial insights/re-written copy/market research to narrow down on what pain points and messaging they need. The idea for this MVP was something that a founder could easily jump into to generate high converting copy across their entire website and campaign landing pages to form the foundation of their website strategy. I've got a larger vision for the product but for now I'm just focused on getting MVP stage users and feedback.
“Super smart way to scope it down 👏 pulling out the highest-impact services for small/low-traffic sites makes the tool way more accessible. I really like how you’ve positioned the MVP as something founders can immediately act on instead of waiting for months of testing.
I’m in a similar spot with my own projects (compliance automation + founder visibility) where I’m constantly asking: what’s the smallest slice that gives real value right now? Sounds like you’ve nailed that balance. Excited to see where you take it as you collect more feedback
Thanks mate! It's a hard line to figure out how to provide enough value to get initial sign ups, but not get burried down into the MVP build out before validating. I've just sent my first feedback email out to the current user list - let's hope I get some solid insights back.
Best of luck with your project too!
Hey, this looks interesting. Thanks for sharing. I'll take a look now
Thank you :)
