New Twitter account and Twitter Ads - how long?

Hola. I just created a Twitter account for my SaaS (http://twitter.com/DynaBloggerHQ) but it looks like I cannot create ad campaigns yet, they say that new accounts are held for review "for a period" before you can create ads, but they don't say what this period is.

Does anyone know how long it typically takes? Do I have to be very active with the account for them to enable my account for ads?
