New WebMedic — the beginning of something different

Hi all,

Yesterday launched a new website on WebMedic.com

WebMedic is a SaaS helping eCommerce businesses grow online.

Instead of positioning the website as a showcase for the SaaS, I want to do something different.

eCommerce business owners are not looking for software — they are looking for solutions.

And they really don’t care about you the provider much, they want to know how you can help them.

Which is why the new website:

  1. Talks about them
  2. Guides them to grow their eCommerce business

And doesn’t mention the SaaS tool, they will start to see it as they go through the steps.

Sounds good (to me at least) in theory, appreciate your feedback here!

Thank you

I think what is bothering me the most is the long and slow animations.

      Thanks for your feedback Brayden.

The reason I am using the animation is to slowly introduce the content as the website unfolds.

Will keep them for now until we get more feedback on them.

      Thank you

Hi there, to help you I'm going to share three questions that immediately came to my mind.

Speaking as if I'm one of your potential customers:

    • Can you really guarantee growth by only asking me 4 questions? That seems unbelievable.
    • Can you give me examples of misinformation found online?
    • I understand you're trying to help me grow my e-com business. But growth is a very broad topic. What exactly can you help me achieve?

I hope those questions are helpful. If you'd like further clues on how to answer them, let me know.

Thank you for your feedback Jehan.

Valid points and I can see how this can affect the actions of my potential customers.

Here is what I have in mind to tackle them:

      1. Guaranteed growth:

Add a section on the homepage: How it works, with the end result there the growth they can get

      1. I am thinking of changing the problem being misinformation

      Thinking to go with:

The problem with growing your eCommerce business is you are not sure what to do next, which means you could be wasting a lot of time and money.

      1. What growth can you exactly get?

Want to tackle this in the “how it works” section as well, where we can show expected growth results are increased sales and reduced acquisition costs

      What do you think?
