New website redesign in progress - help

Design-wise I'd say it's a good start, but I think the design tends to be a tad disjointed, for lack of a better word.

You mix around images that are different in style (from futuristic looking spheres to vector birds to overused simplistic roads with map pins etc). The layout is solid, but the styling needs to be more uniform.

Your brand is the voice you use to talk to your clients, and right now I see several different voices competing. :)

Overall, a very impressive site. Very aesthetically pleasing.
Some suggestions:
Home page: the statement "90% Of New Products Fail" --> while I do not question it, perhaps, it would be helpful adding an asterisk and provide the authoritative source where it is quoted from.
The "Work" tab (http://majam5.sg-host.com/work/):

1. I would replace "work" with "Customer Success Stories", or "What we've done"; calling it "work" is somewhat confusing semantically (IMHO)
2. The "Read More" buttons, from my UX perspective, are too large; I think, you can make them smaller and with rounded corners; also, consider some contrasting (but soft) background for these buttons
3. The client name subtitle could use different font from the body text, for more prominence.
