New website - would love feedback!

this product

Hey...we just launched our new website recently and it would be great to get some feedback from you guys. Do you think it communicates the product clearly? Is there anything major that you think we've missed?

    Hi,

I like the sites overall design and it flows nicely.
I understood what it does but I had to read more to get a good understanding, the title and subtitle did not help at all.
The "Try For Free" call to action should be bigger and more prominent I think.
All the explanations of features are pretty good and clear.
It is great that you have a video, I think it would be a bit nicer if it was closer to the top (not sure how would it look aesthetic wise though).

    Hope this helps, good luck!

Thanks for taking a look :)

Great idea about moving the video further up the page, we can totally try moving it around and see how it feels.

I'll also have a play around with the copy at the top of the page, great point about that!

Hey my two cents worth :)

    • Heading and sub-heading didn’t mean anything to me. Also they don’t seem to fit with the ‘smart checkout pages’ that you later reference.
    • The high custom price seems out of place. Maybe remove the price from that option and just have a contact button.
    • Center aligned text for the plan benefits looks messy.

    Hello.

The design of the website is clean, consistent and inviting. One could argue against using "blue" since that seems to be the popular color these days in design, but overall, looks good. One note would be the company name in the top left of the page and wondering if the contrast between the blue of "suite" and the background is good enough for accessibility.

I agree with Milos about moving the video higher on the video as that is probably going to be something an interested customer would watch.

On the video, however, I'd probably create two videos. Your company tag line is "Surveys... but for marketing" however, the video is targeted towards those who'll be building the surveys, not necessarily, the Marketing people. The Marketing people are probably more likely to be interested in the Report builder and the redirections. I'd avoid dissing on Excel (when you're talking about the reports), your customers may be using Excel currently and if you appear unfriendly towards it, may turn them off. So, in short, I'd prefer to see two videos: One focused on the Marketing side and one focused on the Building side so my customers don't have to wade through one video to find the points their interested in.

One more quick note, you mention the survey you're building isn't one of your customers, but right above the video you have a quote from Brandon who is a Fitness Trainer, probably want to make it a bit more unique.

It'd be nice if you have an actual survey live on your site the visitors can actually go through and see some of the results since you have the ability to embed the results.

On your pricing grid, I'd default to yearly as it's the lower cost per month, move Custom to the right side and remove the price. People who are going to want a custom implementation are either turned off by the low price of it or the high price of it, so at least get them in the funnel before you turn them away.

Entrepreneur and Marketer are the same price because of the "Special." Is the special a limited time only? If not, why not just reduce the Marketer cost $10 or 20.

    On your FAQ:

    1. Will this work on my PC and Mac. Keep your stack hidden, there's no reason or benefit to saying it's on Amazon unless you're getting a deal from them. One of your main features is integration with Mail Chimp, etc, so my guess is anyone who knows those understands SAAS apps.
    2. Are updates & support included?
"We built this platform for our own businesses, and as you know we operate in multiple niches" How would I know that? When you say I'll benefit from on-going updates, that means that future features will be available to all subscription levels? Might want to be clear that additional functionality may only be limited to specific subscription levels or develop them as "add-ons" for all subscription levels. Also, why limit the VIP FB Group to "early access"? Why not just make it part of the Marketer or Entrepreneur level?

All of this, of course, is my personal opinion that your milage may vary. :-)

      Hey Mark!

Thanks so much for taking the time to have a look at the website, and a massive thank you for all these valuable points!

You've given me a lot to think about. It's easy to get a bit too close to a project sometimes so getting your feedback is so helpful.
