I've been slowly but steadily working away at a side-project (https://www.tribepulse.com/) for the last couple of months and just minutes ago I finally sent out the first batch of email invites to users who previously signed up for early access.
It's been tough at times to find the time to work on my side-project (TribePulse) given the often long and unpredictable hours of my full-time job, but it feels great to have finally shipped something and even better that it has somehow lined up nicely with the start of the new decade.
Doing my annual NYE hackathon starting at 7pm.
Ending the year and starting new next the only way I know how! 🤣
Haha! I went to a party... at my mastermind buddy's place. All of us watched fireworks from the rooftop while talking about our businesses, lives and goals. It was a really fun and motivating night. 😀
Hanging and watching Netflix w/ the family this new year eve. Missed a few goals & failed throughout the year, but I accomplished the right goals like identifying a problem, market, and price. Plus, validated a potential solutions w/ customers’ cc too. Still more work to do, but for now I'm enjoying my holiday vacation 🎄
It finally snowed where I am!! First time in three years (I think)!
Today, I'm mostly reading a book and hoping to get a book review out on my blog https://blog.yingw787.com by the end of the day. I got some old year's resolutions reviews to write and need to come up with new year's resolutions. Also pushing back the Haskell Book deadline goal to January 20th (beginning of YC Startup School).
A little bit of both! Working a fair bit of the day and hosting a party tonight. Hoping to at least work on my elevator pitch tonight with friends over drinks.
