Hello! My name is Danica and I live in Vancouver, BC. My fiancé has been telling me to join IH for ages, so here I am 😊
I’m in the pre-launch stage of my first business (branding & growth strategy coaching for nutrition/health coaches). Today is actually my last day at my 9-5, so starting on Monday I will be pursuing it full time!
My goal is to teach coaches to build their own brands authentically and independently, without needing to outsource to a designer or agency.
My skills: branding, marketing, social media (to be brief)
Things I’ll be improving on: copywriting, email marketing, analytics

I've gotten the most out of books, to be honest, but definitely second @SUPERViLLAiN's recommendation of Naval's tweets. The Fizzle podcast is great, too.

Growth hackers is great! I have an account but haven't been super active. Now that I'll have more time to dedicate to growing my biz I'll def be spending some more time on there. :)

The GitHub awesome list tip is great.
Here’s how to find them: google “github awesome xyz” and replace xyz with the thing you want to know about. It usually exists for any tool or technical idea.
