Newbie Indie Hacker Seeks Advice: Finding Early Adopters for My Niche AI Tool

Hey Indie Hackers,

I'm Yue, a new face here, and I'm excited (and a bit nervous) to share my first post. I'm a serial entrepreneur with a passion for product development. My latest project is EvalsOne.com, a tool to make LLM prompt evaluation simpler and more efficient.

The Challenge

EvalsOne caters to a specialized market, so recruiting seed users presents a unique challenge. As a bootstrapped team (only three persons) without huge marketing budgets, it's tough to gain initial traction.

Why EvalsOne?

We built EvalsOne because we desperately needed it ourselves as AI application developers. Unpredictable AI outputs were hindering our previous mental health chatbot project, and manual prompt testing was tedious. We believe others face similar frustrations and deserve a better solution. Check out our blog post for more.

Let's Help Each Other

I'm seeking seed users for our private beta. To make it worth your while, I'm offering $50 credit and a free 3-month Standard Plan to the first batch of testers for limited time. (Thanks, Microsoft for Startups!)

If you're into LLM tech and want to shape EvalsOne's future, let's connect! I'd also love your advice on finding users in small markets. Drop any thoughts below!

Thanks for reading – excited to be part of the Indie Hackers community!

Let me know if you have any further suggestions!
