I am experimenting with length of content.
What do you think about my releasing a short version and full length version for each interview?
I feel like people want the tactical stuff but once they have time would want the full story.
I'd say full length is good for the newsletter -- as that would be your "official" source.
For short form, I would create 1 weekly/monthly write-up where you summarize the points or grab the most interesting ones from each interview, and link to the full versions if people want to read more.
The remainder of your short-form content efforts would be social media; where once again, after providing some bits of value, you link to the full interview
