Newsletter cross-promo; Let's Match!

If you run a newsletter, one of the hardest things to do is to grow.

let's grow, by swapping promotions, shoutouts.

Post what you're willing to do, and post what you're looking for in another newsletter. perhaps their audience. Their content (so your content is contextually relevant). Reveal the key parts of your audience.

Explain if you have a way to easily feature someone else. Like an interview series or an ad spot (classifieds maybe?)

Perhaps your audience and @petecodes audiences match up well to do a cross promotion.

      1. 1

Thanks! I just pinged him :)

Interesting! I've recently started Coinletter as a way of teaching people about the world of web3/crypto. I send a daily news email that explains the concepts mentioned in it + a 5 part introduction into crypto.

    1. 2

Web3/crypto is really close to cybersecurity and there is a convergence happening in many circles with all the crypto exchange hacks and wallets being sniped.

There might be an audience overlap in part with Coinletter and Security, Funded.

      1. 2

Heck yeah! Your stuff looks great. Would love to collab for a segment. I'll reach out.

        1. 1

Awesome, just subscribed to your newsletter as well and looking forward to it!

    2. 1

did you see @calebsylvest is doing NFTs

I run a growth hacking / growth marketing newsletter that sends a daily growth hack case study.

    https:/e.GrowthHackingIdea.com
    16,000 Subscribers

Looking to do cross-promo with anyone that has a marketing / startups / saas / advertising / freelancers / dev / designer focus. That's our target audience.

We have main sponsor ad and classified ad spot depending on your size. Hit me up and we'll work it out.

    1. 1

If you can do a trade, I'd figure a way with @harrydry's marketing examples.
Also look to SaaS Product Managers or Makers newsletters about Products that you can feature a product they feature, but with a growth hack they can use.

do like brainstorms of growth hacks for existing products and feature ideas for them to use.

So that you can feature products that indiehackers make, and they could be featured in your newsletter.

      For Example
@tbll75 and @tomjacquesson run Tweet Hunter as well as having a Product focused Newsletter featuring 3 new products.

    2. 1

      How many subscribers?

      1. 1
