Newsletter Is Growing (3k+ Subs) & I Need Some Feedback

Hey all, I've been sending weekly newsletters every Sunday morning with the Everything Marketplaces community and after growing it to 3k subscribers, I need some feedback as I think it can be improved.

For context, it's a unique newsletter in that I share what I'm working on and learning with marketplaces, then also building the Everything Marketplaces group. You can see the most recent one, which is Everything Marketplaces #020 here.

Newsletters aren't my strength and I'd love to hear from others on how I can improve.
