One thing we realised when building Newsletter Reader by Bilig (App Store):
Many people already use newsletters as their main source of information.
A lot of founders and people in tech don’t really follow traditional media that closely anymore. Instead they follow operators, researchers, analysts and niche writers directly through newsletters.
The issue is that once you subscribe to enough of them, the inbox becomes a terrible place to actually keep up consistently.
That’s basically the workflow Bilig is trying to improve:
a dedicated reading space for newsletters, separate from communication and admin email.
Simple idea, but the more newsletters I subscribed to personally, the more obvious the problem became.
