Niche Job Board - Day 1 - UK

I've been toying with starting this project for a while now but decided that if I keep finding excuses, it will never get done.

I'm sort of just looking for someone to help clear up/prioritise to get this off the ground. I also that once I actually write this down for others to look at, I can then start picking holes in it myself.

So my current to do list looks like this (In no particular order):

• Register Company (UK)
• Business bank account (How necessary is this at start-up?)
• Find WordPress Hosting (SiteGround?)
• Find WordPress Theme
• Company Logos etc (Fiverr?)
• Social Media setup (Twitter,LinkedIn, Facebook?)

This is my first ever time doing this so, again, some of the above may not be necessary at all. Any pointers would be great! Do I NEED to set this up as a trading company in the UK, for example? I guess I do - just wanted some clarification.

In terms of populating the job board, I actually work in the same area as what the job board will be. I have made connections with recruiters over the past 6 months who I will contact and ask to re-post jobs free of charge whilst building a steady stream of traffic. I don't fancy trying to launch a job board with no jobs so I feel that I could tackle it this way. Again, any pointers would be great on this part.

Any criticism, constructive or not, is more than welcome.
