NIGHTMARE MODE - Productivity Hack 👌🏻 (My Personal Experience)

A few days ago was my birthday, I'm one old ass 21 year old :((((

For the weekend I did jack shit but eat cake and drink. No work, no project, no training, no reading, no learning, nothing good.

On the last day of this 4-day binge, I knew my dopamine levels we're fucked up because I was not looking forward to working on my saas the following day.

I had to go drastic. For those of you who don't know the

"Ultra woke, semi-god, empty house, make money online, billionaire, who also has a great body" AKA Alex Becker

He is exactly that, a rich ass SAAS YouTuber. He made a video about his nightmare mode that he uses after a binge off work, to fix his dopamine levels and go into overdrive productivity mode.

Here's how it goes;

  • No social media (except if used for your business)
  • No TV
  • No Entertainment
  • Little to no talking to anyone if poss
  • No fapping
  • No Youtube (only business-related learning)
  • No Porn
  • No chocolate, sweets, cake etc
  • No music just binaural beats and workout music
  • No Podcasts (only business-related learning).
  • No/minimal phone

You can only work on your business, read books, or watch/listen to business-related things. (I also work out in my home gym).

He does this for 21 days, I'm going to do 5.

Today was my first day.

(I have to use IH as this is my main traffic source for Spread https://www.spreadtech.online/)

TBH I haven't felt a huge difference. I've definitely taken in more information and done more work earlier on in the day. As I've been reading articles and doing business-related stuff instead of scrolling through Twitter like I normally would.

I'm not a hardcore social media-er anyways, but even the small amount of time I do go on it is wasted compared to what I could be building for myself.

What I've realised.

Naturally, as I open my phone or do certain things in the day I will automatically click on the Twitter icon or something. Today I was even reading tweets without realising it. As soon as I did realise, I jumped and closed the app as quickly as possible ffs ahhaha

I moved all the social media apps into one folder and moved it to the end of my phone to stop myself from automatically clicking on these apps as I open my phone.

It's like a natural pathway my brain takes at certain points in the day. Hella weird. Feels more like autopilot tbh.

Results.

As I said it's only been one day so not much to report yet, but if this helps anyone I will happily keep documenting this to help any of you lot out too :)

What I can say is that my dopamine levels seem to have quickly come back to normal. I was motivated to work on Spread tonight even though I was shattered - so that's a great sign.

I believe by the end of the 5 days I will be a productivity machine... We will see. :D

Thank you very much :)
