I have a website which focused on selling digital wedding invitations and recently I have designed a landing page which is not getting enough search appearance and conversions.

I have actually not put up an image because it always reduces my site speed by a greater percent, but now i will find out a way by using web compressed image.
Yes Rab, Weebly website do get traction (to be honest not that much! It's ok types) and SEO in a Weebly subdomain site is a tough game because it is rigid.
And what do you mean by adding an image of a wedding..like do you want me to place image of bride and groom or general wedding images?

Just suggesting to add a compelling image. Make it appealing. Make the customer think "Oooh, look at that. I want my wedding to be like that" or "I want to feel like that". As you say be concise of image footprint for speed.
