No-code: Airtable + Webhooks

I've wanted to use Airtable for various small projects but have been disappointed that I couldn't glue stuff together with Webhooks.

So I scratched my own itch and built a little side-project that polls Airtable once per minute and sends a ping via Webhook if there are any changes since last time.

It will absolutely have bugs. No doubt.

That's why I'd love to have some IH:ers test it out.

You'll need 4 things:

  1. Airtable API key:
    Click Profile -> Account and look under API header
    (it starts with key...)
  2. Base ID:
    Click Help -> API Documentation.
    It's the text that starts with app...
  3. Table name or ID:
    It's the name on the "tab" or tbl... from the URL
  4. A Webhook URL:
    Get one from Zapier, or get a throwaway one here: https://requestbin.com/r (copy the URL after Your endpoint is:)

Here it is: https://alpha.basehooks.com

What would you use it for? Have questions? Ask away.

    One thing I really want to know is if you like the format of the results. If not, how would you change it?
