Seconding what a few people have said here but Adalo is the go to imo. Glide apps is #2 for me - still good but a little harder to use

Notifications would require a little scripting as its not in the feature set yet (tho on the roadmap)

It's great for in-house and personal apps.

And it's by far the fastest from idea to usable app that I've looked at.

They also have a very generous free plan (500 spreadsheet rows).

There's already some pretty comprehensive apps been developed with it.

And has a great community.

It may not be want you want or need, but it's definitely worth a look .

Better than Adalo (in my opinion), is Thunkable.com.

Another upvote for Adalo. Big fan, active dev team, active Slack community. Good stuff.

You might have better luck with using react native or Flutter. No-code for mobile is not very advanced.

I don’t think there is any no code iOS app builder that meets your requirement. Better ask some one to build simple hybrid app with minimal backend.

I don't know of anything that's good for building an iOS-app. However, I would try to create something with tools like http://airtable.com and http://coda.io. Both allow you manage a lot of data and create sort of mini-apps through forms. Maybe you can then use a web-wrapper and distribute it via the App Store in some way.

You’d be better off using a relational database with a mobile component for this. FileMaker comes to mind.
