I have a couple, one makes ~$450/mo and I don't have to touch it. I run a no-code agency now and help others launching their app and I've seen so many different types of businesses. I'd focus on something you know that's a pain point or passion to start to build your first app, then you'll have a much better feel for what types of apps you can build. Don't let decision paralysis stop you from getting your first app out there!
Makerpad.co is worth checking out, built on no-code, but they're also a community sharing lots of useful stories, information, tools, tutorials, etc.
