No-Code tool that allows upload of Excel files

Hello!
I'm looking to build an app where a user can import an Excel file with transaction data. That data would then be displayed on a dashboard in tables, charts and graphs.

Functionality wise, I'm looking for a no-code tool where I can read an Excel file, normalize the data (I could get the file in at least 5 different formats), and then translate that data into a UI. I might have to perform some operations on it as well. Some charting capabilities would be great.

Does anyone know of a no-code tool with that functionality? Been searching and so far no luck.
