I think it requires slightly deeper categorization than just "trials that don't require a credit card". That could literally mean any kind of service.
e.g something like "Website builders that don't require a credit card"
the idea is good, I don't see how you are going to monetize it but if it isn't a problem for you, you can find a lot of people's interest. Roman is right, you should add categories to your email list. Maybe try different websites for different categories and see what sticks.
