No excuses. No more waiting for that perfect MVP. It's time to get those first users in!

I stumbled upon this tweet on X and boy it did indeed change my life 🤓https://x.com/apollonator3000/status/1893757123902980402

It's sad that you need AI to tell you the hard truth about yourself and create an action plan for you, but if it does the work - that's awesome!

You probably all have been there - you have this A-MAZING idea, build a solution, start getting hyped on building your own company essentially, share the link here and there. And then you hear crickets 😶

The dopamine hit of starting an MVP wears out and you find yourself on the crossroads. "Do I continue? Do I stop? Do I pivot? Is this idea even relevant? Was I the only one who had this problem? When should I actually pivot?"

You need the challenge again. Goals. Very, very clear goals. And then you need to push yourself through the daily grind and yep, embrace the uncomfortable. Have these goals in mind in case you just want to quit and give up easily. And perhaps this prompt will do too!

That's what I got on my plate today:

The Hard Truth You Need to Hear

  • I procrastinate, overthink, self-sabotage and the analysis paralysis which I created myself prevents me from embracing my potential. Harsh, but I'm still listening 🤣

  • I play small and am in the limbo state of exploring, not proactive building.

  • It's time to get uncomfortable and work on my GRIT!

Action Plan to Get Unstuck - Turn your MVP into something people actually use and pay for.

  • March 2025 is the month - onboard 100 real users by the end of March 31st 🎉

  • Focus on the output - coding, marketing, customer feedback, and iteration.

  • Make noise - post daily on LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, IndieHackers, and startup communities.

  • Get that first $ - Even if it’s €5, get someone to pay for your product/service in the next 14 days

  • You're afraid of failing? Good. Set a consequence: If you don’t hit 100 users by March 31st, publicly admit it on LinkedIn and analyze why. Oh boy 😂

Come back with proof. No excuses. No more waiting.
It's time to get those users in and it will not be about success - it's a period of rapid, focused experimentation and learning.

Go! 🎉
