First, a raw list. Then we clean it in Google Sheets. no mercy. Then we verify all the emails so they dont bounce. After that, we use Make.com to find signals, like recent news or job posts. Then, an LLM qualifies them and writes a personal icebreaker or full email for every single lead. Finally, it all goes into Instantly.ai and gets sent. That's the whole thing.
