Nobody reads the brief. So we fixed the brief.

The budget is in an email. The deadline is in someone's head. The real feedback arrives in round three.

We built BriefMaster 3000 for everyone who's been there.

One link. The right questions. Approved straight into Asana.

What does your brief always forget?

the budget being in email and the actual feedback arriving in round three is painfully familiar. does your Asana handoff show who approved each answer, or only the finished brief? that approval trail is usually what people go looking for once scope changes.

Thanks for your interest and great points - By default (and this can be disabled via settings), the budget is hidden to viewer/commenters, and only viewable to Brief Creators and clients. There are always transparency issues with budget, and cross-cultural QA show us that some are happy to talk numbers, and some are definitely not ha!

The Asana handoff pulls a template and auto assign roles, tasks and deadlines according to the brief -> asana template.
Approval trail is logged on the BriefMaster 3000 Brief detail page (devs love logs), and every change is recorded, who when what.

Asana naturally tracks change logs as well, on a task level. Brief stays the SVOT. What do you think and what would you enhance?
