NoCode checkout/payment/schedule for Zoom webinars

Hello -

I have a client who does paid classes over zoom. They have a few different classes, but each of them is conducted weekly or biweekly, sometimes even simultaneously.

Right now they are using Calendly for signup, then manually creating a webinar in Zoom with the attendees. I am helping them automate this.

the problem as I see it is the Calendly piece - it's not really made for webinars, so it's become tricky to say 'this call type has a max attendance of 12 people, and happens on these dates". Calendly can do it, but it's cumbersome.

I am wondering if anyone has any good ideas for how to create a customer experience where they choose a class, then choose available dates for the class, then make the payment and are automatically enrolled in the webinar.

I am an integromat fan and the integration to zoom is a snap - Im most interested in a good way to present a shopping cart kind of experience for users who want to enroll in a class. I haven't found a great fit for this.

thanks!

More and more Zoom alternatives and plug-ins coming in. I'd suggest you check out Virtual Mojito @Burgertimzes

I would say you can give paperform a try, I build some prototype using paperform + google calendar b4, I think you can integrate paperform + zoom with Integromat easily.

    Hi Burgertimzes
My product, Trolley, solves this issue. It lets you create no-code payment links and buttons that fire a shopping cart (powered by Stripe).

We have webhooks for integration with Integromat or Zapier.
We've even got an (early version of) class scheduling.

Hi Rory - Looks like it could work - are the class features live or still in beta?

        Hi Burgertimzes
The Class feature is in production with real customers using it (for 9 months+ now)

try buymeacoffee.com they've added some interesting options lately. Pardon me for answering without knowing full well if they can handle your specific use case.

Thanks. I'm not sure how to use buymeacoffee in this way, i.e. just to get a question answered, especially when it's not tool specific.

One more idea, consider a payment portal on a typeform.

Check the extras section of buymeacoffee
they have an option for zoom ticket events.
