    Why not Discourse?

It's not very "no-code", but it actually is.
You don't need to code to get it up and running.

MAJOR brands are using it, and unless there's something VERY specific you need to be done differently - I'd totally go with it (done that for our forum at https://zeroqode.com)

I explored quite a few different nocode options when I built my own forum (now defunct though) - Wordpress, Flarum, Discourse, Mighty Networks.

Wordpress don't get a lot of love around here but it's probably the original nocode. Lots of themes, plugins that support forums.

Flarum and Discourse are pretty modern forums but complex to set up, with coding required. But there are managed hosting solutions that's nocode setup.

Mighty Networks is pretty all-in-one solution. Nocode too.

You'll probably want to use Bubble, although I'm sure there are other no-code platforms that you can hack together a forum. But Bubble will provide you with the most flexibility out of the other platforms.
