Hey IndieHackers!
Back in 2019, before the whole world turned upside-down, we launched Fast.io as a simple static CDN hosting platform. Since then we've been pivoting the product to focus specifically on professional file sharing.
In part 2, we plan to add some key features that will help our users capture value for their content. But before we can do that, we had to build a foundation tool, which is a no-code landing page builder designed SPECIFICALLY for hosting digital assets.
Setting it up is simple, just a few clicks, add content via Google Drive/Dropbox/etc... and customize the look and feel of your landing pages with a simple theme editor. (pictured above)
We're releasing this landing page tool with support for:
πΊ Video
π§Audio
π PDFs
π
Images
π generic file (Zips, Rar, Psd, etc...)
Here's what a PDF looks like:
(ps: you can still direct link to files - the above image is hosted on our fast.io demo site)
check it out: https://demosite.imfast.io/Ebooks/The-Machine-Stops.pdf/view/
and a video (currently directly streaming the file - video encoding coming soon):

check it out: https://tlangridge.imfast.io/Videos/MVI_1333.mp4/view/
Plus, every file and page gets its own sharing metaimage so it looks great when you post it on twitter/facebook/slack etc...
You can check out the quick profile page I set up to replace my social media bio link here: https://tlangridge.imfast.io
This is all #nocode but you can host html/js code too.
We're hoping this will be a great solution for anyone sharing a PDF, video, images, or anything else - especially they want their visitor to stay within their branded ecosystem.
Technical note: everything is served via Cloudflare's enterprise CDN, even the largest files.
We're releasing things fast lately (no pun intended), and you might run into a minor bug here or there. We're launching about 2 releases a week at this point so chances are if you do it'll be fixed within a couple of days.
ps: just noticed we crossed 20k users today too! π
