Nocode/lowcode tool to set up virtual camera?

Hi IndieHackers,

Does anyone know if it is possible to use a low/nocode solution to control the web camera and make a virtual camera so I can then use that virtual camera as an input.

I want to overlay a graphic on the web camera output and then be able to use the camera with graphic overlayed as a virtual camera input.

I know there's tools like OBS which do this but I need to create something to do this one thing.

Maybe there is some opensource library that can be tapped into to help. I don't know.
