NoCode Project- Creating Notification for Agents and Athletes about sponsorships deals via SMS Texts

Hey all! Hope all is well. I just wanted to post some of the projects I've been working on for clients and thought I should share based on a suggestion from a friend. I hope this might help someone and I'm always open to suggestions.

Problem: Sports Agent gets opportunities throughout the day from brands for marketing campaigns, interviews, potential endorsements, etc. for specific athletes. Agents want all of those requests by texts.

Solution: Creating Notification for Sports Agents and Athletes about deals.

Actions Needed:
Part 1-
Brand Opportunity sent to Agent (automation portion)
Tools: Paperform, Google Sheets, Zapier, Twilio

Steps:
Agent sends URL to brand
Brand fills out the form (paperform)
Result of the form sent to Google Sheets as a new row
Zapier integrates with Google Sheets and Twilio
When a new row is created, the new row is sent via text to the agent.
Twilio sends SMS msg to the agent with form results

Part 2-
Manuel Choose specific Agent and Athlete that aligns with the proper brand opportunity

Part 3-
Confirming Opportunities to Agent & Athlete (Manual)
Copy & Paste request to both parties (agent + athlete) for confirmation of opportunity via text.
