Non-technical founder in fintech/payments looking for a technical co-founder

Hey everyone. I've spent the past few months deeply researching and validating a problem in the cross border payments space, specifically around Africa. I've had real conversations with merchants, verified the market pain firsthand, and have early interest from actual businesses ready to test a solution once it's built.
What I don't have is a technical co founder. Someone who can own architecture, security, and infrastructure decisions long term, not just write code and move on. Given this is fintech, that ownership matters a lot. Real compliance, real money, real trust on the line.
What I'm looking for. Someone technical who wants real ownership. Equity based, early stage, not a paid gig.
