Non-technical IH, can we talk?

I have been working as a developer for early stage startups during the past five years, and I very recently started my own business. My goal is to help non-technical entrepreneurs to better assess the technical part of their idea. It includes evaluating the complexity of what they are planning to build, help them find their first developers or hire contractors, find tools they could use that would not require coding, etc.
