Non-work related tool at work? Is it possible?

Hi Everyone! 👋🏼👋🏼

We're designing a free social network for coworkers, best fit to remote workers and enterprise culture (We think). However, I do really want to survey the community whether it actually what workers need. So I appreciate all the answers - 🎉🎉

• Our idea is removing work-related features in our app (Not like any collaboration tool). Only offer non-work features so everyone find fun, relaxed and helpful when they open. Does it sound possible ?
  Eg: anonymous post for concern, post to share company stories/moments or quick survey everyone.

• Main purpose is to quickly connect everyone in a same company, breaking communication gap between Employees and Managers (hierarchy at workplaces). Eg: Ask an anonymous question and @mention the CEO or top leadership can share their success stories to new comers.

• We aims to be a Facebook Workplace with no file sharing/project management features or work-related integration such as Jira, Confluence or so on.

• We compete the big players by pricing plan - Offer a free tool for all business size, unlimited members and groups. No ads in our app as well.

We think all the things above sound competitive enough but the REALITY that we get struggles on user acquisitions. Please, drop me a line! What do you think about our idea? Thanks heaps, guys!!
