Not able to find users for feedback on my idea
I have researched an idea about a problem that ecommerce merchant face, but now I want to know whether this idea has the potential to grow or scale. Its getting hard to connect with merchants to get their feedback on the idea. What should I do?
Start sharing your idea more openly instead of posting about the idea.
Try a fake door test
Make a website offering the solution in a very simple language to your potential clients, show it at a discount for signup

See how many of them sign up /By total merchants shown to
You have your idea validation there
PS : if it is validated, give them timelines and be in touch. they will be your early audience
Its is nice way, but I am unable to contact with merchants one - on - one, Should I just post about it publicly in facebook groups, reddit, forms, or try to contact every merchant individually?
If you have a platform accessible to get this across to the target group, post it publicly there. Twitter, facebook, communities anything
Otherwise, going in person 1-1 is the best, you can talk to them, understand their problems better, and fix on an initial proposition quickly.
