    It's like I would have been looked through a hole on the wall. Bit I am still stuck on the middle phase. Sleeping from 4 to 2 hours a day...and no healthy habits at all...great post Jack!

    Great advice, Hieu! You can't beat the basics with shortcuts and hacks. Good sleep, good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle is all you need to be productive.
